A video titled "Create, Edit, and Delete Cycles" by GO Smart. The video demonstrates the administrative process of managing grant cycles. It shows a user navigating a web portal to the "Grant Editor" and "Program Cycles" tabs. Key actions include selecting an existing program, creating a new cycle by filling out a form with a cycle name (e.g., "Emerging Artist Grant 2025") and application ID prefix, and clicking "Save Changes." The video also covers editing dates within the "Applicant Access & Dates" tab and explains that to request a deletion, users should prepend "DELETE" to the cycle name and contact support.

⚠️ Alerts:
If you delete a page from an active application, you will lose all the information that applicants have already typed into that page.
Deleting programs or cycles cannot be reverted, and all data will be lost.
💡 Tutorial Tips:
To delete an "Intent to Apply," "Custom Narrative," or "Custom Calculation" page, you must first delete every question on that page one by one.
Use Templates to save your best pages. This allows you to reuse them in other programs or in future grant cycles. Once templates are inserted, they can be modified inside the application. For more information on templates, see this tutorial.
