🤳 Can I use my phone or tablet to access GO Smart?
Yes! Administrators, applicants, and panelists can all access GO Smart from a phone or tablet.
📝 Note: Because there are so many different types of tablets/phones and they update all the time, your experience might vary slightly depending on your device. We always recommend using the most up-to-date version of your mobile browser (like Firefox or Chrome).
⚠️ Alert: While tablets and phones work great, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for "heavy lifting" tasks, like building a complex budget or moving large amounts of data.
🗳️ Can panelists review grants on a mobile device?
Yes, panelists can definitely use tablets to read applications, leave comments, and enter scores. When you are reviewing on a phone or tablet, the "Support Materials" section can sometimes be tricky to navigate. Instead of using that tab, we recommend:
Staying on the Application Review tab.
Clicking links to files (like PDFs or images) directly in the application text.
This will open the files in new tabs, making it much easier to switch back and forth on a tablet screen.
