Custom Narrative Pages are flexible components of a GO Smart form that allow administrators to build a "blank slate" using 11 different question types. It is the primary way to collect project descriptions, uploads, and specific data points for your applications, interim reports, and final reports.
Create a Custom Table Form Page
The Custom Table Form enables multi-column numerical data collection with automatic subtotals and totals, allowing you to create professional budget tables using configurable data types, custom headings, and row labels.
Create a Custom Calculation Page
The Custom Calculation page uses fields you label as Expense, Income, In-Kind, or Informational. Fields of the same designation are automatically totaled, except for Informational fields. The page can be added to any form (except Intent to Apply) in the Grant Editor tab → Cycle Pages subtab.
Create a Calculate Across Table Page
The Calculate Across Table Form automates complex budgeting by performing horizontal math between two columns and vertical totals for the entire table.
Create a Media Library Selection Page
This tutorial provides administrators with a step-by-step guide on how to add and configure a Media Library Selection page within a grant cycle. It explains how to set specific submission requirements, such as file size limits and the minimum or maximum number of images, videos, and documents allowed. Additionally, it demonstrates how to customize instructional text to guide applicants through the process of selecting and ordering their media samples.
Create a Project Budget Page
The Project Budget is a fixed template used to collect itemized Expense, Income, and In-Kind data. It calculates totals that feed directly into the NEA Questions page for final compliance reports.
Create a Three-Year Budget Page
The Three-Year Budget Page provides a standardized, three-tab system (Income, Expense, and In-Kind) for collecting comprehensive financial data.
Create a NEA Questions Page
The NEA Questions Template is a pre-built page used to collect key compliance data for NEA Final Descriptive Reports (FDR). This guide walks through how to add and configure the page within your cycle.
Create an Activity Locations Page
The Activity Locations page is a standardized template for tracking the locations of grant-funded projects. Including this page in your Final Report ensures you collect NEA-mandated venue data and allows you to generate a formatted Activity Locations Report for federal compliance.
