View and Manage Application Submissions

Use the Grant Manager Dashboard to view and manage applicantion submissions.

📄 View Submissions

  1. Go to the Grant Manager tab.

  2. Select a Program and Cycle from the dropdown menus.

  3. Click the View All button to see all applications, or filter/search for specific ones.

  4. Scroll to the applications table.

  5. In the View column, click Intent to Apply, Application, Interim Report, or Final Report to view application details.


🗂️ Manage Applications (Actions Column)

  1. In the Actions column, add or review internal comments. Click Save to keep changes.

  2. Click Log In as Applicant to view the portal as the user.

  3. Click Delete Application to remove data.

⚠️ Alert: The Delete Application action is irreversible. Proceed with caution.


Context and Tips

📝 Notes:

  • Use the applications table to change statuses manually.

  • Clicking an item in the View column opens a view-only copy of the application in a new tab. This page can easily be converted to PDF for printing or sharing.

💡 Tip: Use the Add/Edit Columns button to add applicants to panels, tag applications, and view start/submit timestamps.
