⚙️ Host the File
Go to the Front End Manager tab → Agency Editor subtab.
Go to the Home Message section.
Click the Link icon in the text editor.
Click Browse Server in the pop-up window.
Upload the desired document or rubric.
Select the uploaded file and click Select.
Copy the URL provided in the URL field.
Click Cancel or OK to close the windows without saving changes to the Agency Message.
➕ Add the Link to Panel Instructions
Go to the Panel Editor tab.
Select the Program and Cycle.
Click Create New Panel or select an existing panel and click Configure Panel.
Type the instructional text into the Panel Instructions field.
Highlight the text that should act as the clickable link.
Click the Link icon in the toolbar.
Paste the copied URL into the field.
Click OK.
Save your changes when done adding your panel instructions.
💡 Tips:
Use clear, accessible, action-oriented text for your link, such as "Download the Scoring Rubric."
Linking to external files ensures panelists have the most up-to-date rubrics without exceeding the 500-character text limit.
