Create Standard Reports

Activity Locations Report

Report to the NEA and include the Activity Locations page in your Final Report. Use this report to gather location data from that page.

Last updated on 12 Jun, 2026

  1. Go to the Reports tab Locations Report subtab

  2. Select the Program and Cycle that has the Activity Locations page

  3. Select the status of applications you want included in your report

  4. Set how the report will be ordered

  5. Select ascending or descending for the ordering of the report

  6. Click Build Report

  7. Click View Report to view your report in your browser, or click Download to Excel to download a spreadsheet file

📝 Note: Applications in the Received status will be included by default. You can include any applicable status(es) in your report.
