Create a Panel Book

A Panel Book is a single document that contains all selected applications. These books are ideal for the offline review of applications assigned to a panel or within a specific status. Determine which applications to include by selecting statuses when creating the book.

Link Panelists to External Instructions

The panel instructions field allows for up to 500 characters of text. Provide panelists with longer documents, such as rubrics or external guidelines, host the file within the system, and link it directly in the instructions.

Create Panel Rounds

Administer panel rounds to move applications through multiple steps of judging. Score and comment on a large pool of applications before moving qualified applicants to the next round.
