Go to the Panel Editor tab.
Select your program and cycle, and locate the panel you are working on.
Click the "Assign Panelists" tab.
Remove a selected panelist by clicking the red X to the right of their name.
Click Save.
↩️ Reset Scores and Unassign (Scores Present)

📝 Notes:
You can assign the same panelist(s) to review multiple panels in a cycle, however, each application can only be assigned to one panel at a time.

Panel Testing and Admin Scores
⚠️ Alert: If you include yourself as a test panelist, your test scores and comments will count against the actual averages. Click Reset Scores to delete all test data and unassign yourself.
💡 Tip: If you need to record scores or remarks without joining the official reviewer panel, you have two options:
Create an "Admin Round": Set up a separate panel before or after the regular review phase.
Use Dashboard Comments: Use the Comments section in the Grant Manager dashboard for informal notes. These are stored in a single text field and can be pulled into custom reports.
