Admin Accounts and Logging In

Deactivate Admin or Panelist Accounts

Users cannot be removed entirely from the system. You can set their status to Inactive in the Administration tab → User Editor subtab to block their access to the site.

Log In to Your Admin Site

Log in to the GO Smart admin portal with your username and password.

Edit Admin Account

Easily find and update the account information for your agency administrators.

Create a New Admin Account

Add additional admin accounts to give your team access to the admin portal.
